MADE TO MEASURE TAILORING

Our More Economical Option

At Kale Bespoke, our Made to Measure tailoring service delivers all of the quality, style, choice, and service of our bespoke tailoring service. However, as the made-to-measure process is less labour intensive and time consuming than the bespoke tailoring process, the pricing is more economical.

This service covers a wide range of garments including business suits, wedding suits, morning suits, dinner suits and a variety of both traditional and casual separates.

Delivered by our bespoke team, our made-to-measure service guarantees the same expert advice on cloth selection and style, with our legendary bespoke cutter, Jon Deboise, overseeing the cut and fit.

YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

Step 1

We establish exactly what you're looking for and how you'll be wearing it.

Step 2

Choose your cloth and lining from hundreds of available options.

Step 3

Specify your styling details, from lapels and pockets to collars and buttons.

Step 4

We use a 'block' size jacket from which alterations to your size and shape are noted.
As with our bespoke tailoring service, our made-to-measure tailoring service starts with an initial consultation. Once the purpose of your garment has been established - wedding suit, work suit, jacket, separates - we move on to select the appropriate cloth and individual styling details.

Throughout this consultation you can ask as many questions as you like and take as long you need, to reach the best decisions on every aspect. We have hundreds of cloths to choose from and specialise in British cloths. However, we also offer a selection of cloths from the leading mills of Italy, France and the rest of the world.

Following this you will be measured and fitted to a ‘block’ standard sized jacket. This block is a template from which adjustments to your unique size and shape will be noted. All of which are then applied during the construction of your garment, in your chosen cloth.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Step 5

We cut your garment in your chosen fabric, from your block adjusted pattern, ready for your fitting.

Step 6

Your fitting is where we make any necessary adjustments to your suit, ready for you to collect.

Step 7

You come back to collect your garment, or you can request to have your items sent out to you,
With the garment made, you’ll be contacted to attend a fitting. This is when any last tweaks and adjustments can be made, if needed. Small changes at this stage can be done very quickly, with your garments being completed for collection soon after.
